Where can I park my car?
Parking is available on the premises for hotel guests and non-guests (subject to availability). Our valets will be happy to assist you with parking and retrieving your vehicle.
Is it possible to access the Internet on the estate?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Do I need to rent a car?
We recommend renting a car so you can get around with complete freedom. The nearest shops are a few kilometers away, and a car will make it easier for you to get around and explore the region. Our concierge service is also available to arrange a chauffeur-driven vehicle to and from the location of your choice (rates available upon request). However, the immediate surroundings of the estate can be pleasantly explored on foot or by bike.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
The hotel does not offer bicycle rentals. However, our front desk and concierge service are happy to assist you in arranging a rental through nearby partners.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Can disabled guests stay at the hotel?
Our hotel is committed to providing a welcoming experience for guests with disabilities. We have two rooms specially equipped for guests with limited mobility, and our staff is trained to provide personalized assistance to each guest.
Can I cancel my reservation?
The cancellation policy for your reservation is outlined in your booking confirmation. Please refer to it.
Can I extend my stay?
We are delighted that our guests would like to extend their experience at Mas Candille. If we have availability, we will be delighted to accommodate any extended stays. Reception will be happy to help.
How are the rooms equipped?
Our rooms are equipped with : Flat-screen TV, Chromecast, Air-conditioning, Mini Bar, Safe, Slippers & Bathrobes, Clarins welcome products, Coffee machine, Kettle.
How often are towels and bed linen changed?
We change the bed linens every two days. Towels left on the floor, in the bathtub, or in the shower will be automatically replaced. If you would like more frequent changes or additional towels and linens, please contact the front desk.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Our rooms are cleaned every day between 9am and 5pm. A blanket service is offered in the evening between 7pm and 9:30pm.
Are hypoallergenic pillows available?
Yes, we have hypoallergenic pillows available. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
May I smoke?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the rooms and in the hotel's interior areas. Ashtrays are available on the terraces of our rooms, as well as in common outdoor areas.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets (dogs & cats) are welcome at an additional cost of €30.00 per night.
Are the pools heated? Accessible to all?
Our pools are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. The indoor-outdoor pool at the Spa, heated year-round to 29°C, is open to adults only. The hotel’s main pool, which is unheated, is open to the whole family. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Is the Spa accessible without a reservation?
Our Clarins Spa is open to hotel guests without a reservation (pool, wellness areas, fitness center, etc.). Reservations are required for wellness treatments (massages, facials, etc.).
Is the gym free of charge? What equipment will I find?
The fitness room is open to our hotel guests all day from 6:00 to 23:00.
Is there a laundry service?
We can clean your linen at the hotel. This will be available within 24 hours and charged to your room.
