Where can I park my car?
We have a parking lot for hotel guests and outside customers (subject to availability). Our valets will be delighted to help you pick up and drop off your vehicle.
Is it possible to access the Internet on the estate?
Wifi is available throughout our establishment.
Do I need to rent a car?
We recommend that you rent a car to get around freely. The nearest shops are just a few kilometers away, and a car will come in handy for exploring the surrounding area. We can arrange a chauffeur-driven car to and from the location of your choice (rates available on request from our concierge service). The immediate surroundings of the estate can also be explored on foot or by bike.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
The hotel does not have bicycles. The reception desk and concierge service will be happy to help you book with nearby rental companies.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Can disabled guests stay at the hotel?
Our hotel is happy to welcome anyone with a disability. We have two rooms specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. Our staff are trained to welcome guests with all types of disability.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Please refer to the conditions of sale mentioned on your confirmation of stay.
Can I extend my stay?
We are delighted that our guests would like to extend their experience at Mas Candille. If we have availability, we will be delighted to accommodate any extended stays. Reception will be happy to help.
How are the rooms equipped?
Our rooms are equipped with : Flat-screen TV, Air-conditioning, Mini bar, Safe, Slippers & bathrobes, Clarins welcome products, Bluetooth speaker, Coffee machine, Kettle.
How often are towels and bed linen changed?
We change the bed linen every other day. Towels lying on the floor in the bath or shower will be replaced. If you would like them changed more often or would like us to provide you with additional towels and linen, please contact reception.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Our rooms are cleaned every day between 9am and 5pm. A blanket service is offered in the evening between 7pm and 9:30pm.
Are hypoallergenic pillows available?
Yes, we have hypoallergenic pillows. Please specify when booking.
Can I smoke?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the rooms and in the hotel's interior areas. Ashtrays are available on the terraces of our rooms, as well as in common outdoor areas.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets (dogs & cats) are welcome at an additional cost of €30.00 per night.
Are the pools heated? Accessible to all?
Our pools are reserved for hotel guests only. The Spa's indoor-outdoor pool is heated year-round to 29°c, and is open to adults only. The hotel's main pool is not heated and is open to the whole family. Children must be supervised by their parents.
Is the Spa accessible without a reservation?
Our Spa Clarins is open to hotel guests without reservation (swimming pool, wellness areas, gym, etc.). Reservations are required for wellness services (massages, facials, etc.).
Is the gym free of charge? What equipment will I find?
The fitness room is open to our hotel guests all day from 6:00 to 23:00. You'll find: a bike, two treadmills, an elliptical trainer, a multi-function weight bench with guided loads and free weights.
Is there a laundry service?
We can clean your linen at the hotel. This will be available within 24 hours and charged to your room.
