Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL (“The Pool”), a tribute to Jacques Deray’s cinematic classic, is the very soul of the Riviera—an idyll, an encounter where every moment is savored because we don’t know if it will ever happen again. Surrounding the sun-drenched pool, the restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the Grasse plains and serves dishes with a Provençal summer flair—wonderful and light, sublime and simple—to be enjoyed as a couple, with friends, or shared.

by the POOL
At dinnertime, when the last rays of sunlight caress Mas Candille and candles are lit on the green marble tables, the Pool transforms into a grill.
Whole fish caught that very day, beautiful cuts of meat seared over an open flame: a cuisine meant for sharing—generous and sunny—inspired by the season.
The evening unfolds gently, amid conversation and the pleasure of taking one’s time, in that laid-back southern lifestyle where flavors and aromas prolong the enjoyment.
Starting in May, our restaurant welcomes you every Sunday evening, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
