Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL (“The Swimming Pool”), in homage to the classic film by Jacques Deray, is the soul of the Riviera, an idyll, an encounter of which we savor every moment because we don't know if it will happen again. Around the sun-drenched swimming pool, the restaurant unfolds its magnificent view over the plains of Grasse and offers dishes with Provençal summer accents, wonderful and light, sublime and simple, which can be enjoyed as a couple, with others, or to share.

Grill
by the POOL
At dinner time, when the sun casts its last rays on Mas Candille and the candles take their place on the green marble tables, the POOL ignites to become a grill and warm up the atmosphere. Whole fish caught that day or generous pieces of meat browned by the flames are shared, the cuisine is festive, spectacular… The moment is magical. Escorted by the aromatic surprises of a menu which, if served in the evening, is full of sunshine, the POOL warms up a little more and offers musical evenings to end the day or start the night on the most beautiful note.
