Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL (“La piscine”), a tribute to Jacques Deray’s cinematic classic, is the very soul of the Riviera—an idyll, an encounter where every moment is savored because we don’t know if it will ever happen again. Surrounding the sun-drenched pool, the restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the plains of Grasse and serves dishes with a Provençal summer flair—wonderful and light, sublime and simple—to be enjoyed as a couple, with friends, or shared among a group.

During the summer season, every Sunday evening, the Pool transforms into a grill to celebrate the simple pleasures of summer.
Whole fish caught fresh that day, flame-grilled meats, and seasonal vegetables can be enjoyed by the poolside in the golden light of the sunset.
