Wonderful and light, sublime and simple, POOL (“The Swimming Pool”), in homage to the classic film by Jacques Deray, is the soul of the Riviera, an idyll, an encounter of which we savor every moment because we don't know if it will happen again. Around the sun-drenched swimming pool, the restaurant unfolds its magnificent view over the plains of Grasse and offers dishes with Provençal summer accents, wonderful and light, sublime and simple, which can be enjoyed as a couple, with others, or to share.

Every Sunday evening, the Pool transforms into a grill to celebrate the simple pleasures of summer.
Whole fish caught fresh that day, flame-grilled meats, and seasonal vegetables can be enjoyed poolside, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun.
A warm and refined experience, designed to extend the weekend in the unique atmosphere of Mas Candille.
The Grill By the Pool welcomes you every Sunday evening, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
