As it prepares for a forthcoming opening, the Table des Pins can nevertheless make a few promises. To sit here is to embark on a journey between Provence and Italy, carried by a mistral wind laden with all the influences of the Mediterranean. Here, the generosity of our flavorful cuisine combines with the delicacy of perfectly prepared plates. The menu reflects the seasons and the arrival of local produce to enhance your Provencal stopover. Open only in the evenings, the Table des Pins welcomes you in a sumptuous setting, indoors or outdoors, for an unrivalled gastronomic episode full of delight.

The chef

Take a seat at Romain's place. Taking over the kitchens at Le Mas Candille, Romain Antoine intends to share the techniques, flavours and combinations he has encountered over the course of his career. A local boy, Antoine has never strayed too far from the Mediterranean. After a stopover in Morocco and having worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants (including La Paloma in Mougins), he has come back home with good food as his standard.

The velvety tread of footsteps on the carpet designed by Hugo Toro as they make their way to the counter is the clue to the ambience of the Mas Candille bar. Muffled, the atmosphere flows like one of the precious nectars preserved on the shelf, dazzling with the golden and sweet reflections of its bottles. Inside, the comfort of the huge banquette offers its services, while outside it's a terrace, shaded by cypress trees and uniquely furnished, between the farmhouse and the view of the Grasse hillsides, that welcomes you for one of those drinks that stay in your memory.

When the sun turns orange at the end of the day, in perfect harmony with the ochres of Mas Candille, enjoy an aperitif on the terrace of the Bar des Pins, surrounded by ancient cypress trees, the serenity of this magical setting and the infinity of a distant view, with one of our signature cocktails in hand. If you're feeling hungry, an aperitif menu will delight you with specialties to share.
