Here, the kitchen smells of fresh olive oil, herbs picked from the garden, sun-kissed tomatoes, and carefully crafted pasta. The flavors are bold, generous, deeply rooted in tradition, but always interpreted with finesse.
The atmosphere settles in gently: soft lighting, natural materials, intertwining conversations. The music accompanies without dominating. As the evening progresses, glasses are refilled and laughter becomes more heartfelt. If the room decides, dinner stretches on, night falls, and the restaurant becomes a vibrant refuge, where people come as much for the food as for the feeling of being perfectly at home.

Candela, the new restaurant at Mas Candille, celebrates cuisine rooted in the region, inspired by the season and the finest produce. As night falls, the tables are drawn closer together, candles cast a soft glow, and the atmosphere becomes cozy, almost intimate.
