From the Italian shore to the Mediterranean coast, when the decor is thought out down to the smallest detail, the dishes celebrate the sun, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, a taste of the tropics is never far away. Here, the kitchen is filled with the scent of fresh olive oil, herbs picked from the garden, sun-kissed tomatoes, and carefully crafted pasta. The flavors are bold, generous, deeply rooted in tradition, yet always interpreted with finesse.

The ambiance settles in gently: soft lighting, natural materials, and intertwining conversations. The music accompanies without overpowering. Then as the evening progresses, glasses are refilled, and laughter grows more hearty. If the crowd so desires, dinner stretches on, night falls, and the restaurant becomes a vibrant haven, where guests come as much for the food as for the feeling of being perfectly at home.

The Pine Terrace

Under the pine trees, the terrace turns golden as the sun disappears behind the horizon. The branches cut the sky into flaming fragments, and the tables are bathed in a warm, almost cinematic light. The air becomes milder, filled with resinous scents.

We linger as the day fades away. A glass catches the last orange reflections, Mediterranean-inspired dishes arrive, and conversations stretch on. The evening begins...

Cozy atmosphere

Candela, the new restaurant at Mas Candille, celebrates cuisine rooted in the region, inspired by the season and the finest produce. As night falls, the tables are drawn closer together, candles cast a soft glow, and the atmosphere becomes cozy, almost intimate.

In this cozy setting, the chef creates a Mediterranean menu with Italian accents: sincere, precise, generous cuisine, designed to be shared and to prolong the evening.

the MAS bar

The sun sets and the sky turns orange, echoing the ochre facades of Mas Candille. Designed by architect Hugo Toro, the bar exudes an elegant and intimate atmosphere, where soft lighting complements the amber hues of the bottles lined up behind the counter. Inside, deep banquettes and plush armchairs invite you to settle in and let time slip away. Outside, the terrace stretches beneath the pine trees, facing the hills of Grasse, in a custom-designed setting. Signature cocktails, a contemporary appetizer menu designed for sharing, and DJ sets create a sophisticated interlude that naturally complements the evening’s progression.

Let yourself be carried away by the musical atmosphere, surrounded by century-old cypress trees and endless views into the distance, as you sip one of our signature cocktails.
